I have been a fitness professional for over 30 years. I have worked in health and fitness clubs as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer. During that time, I developed a very successful small group training program called P.H.I.T. (Personal High-Intensity Training).

As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you reach YOUR goals. Whether it is to simply increase your mobility, lose weight, tone up, gain muscle, increase strength, or build better core stabilization, I always keep your specific situation in mind to safely progress you toward your end goal.

Like I said, my goal is to help you reach YOUR goals. If in the process of reaching your fitness goals, saving a buck or two seems good, then if you do not mind company, small group training may be for you. Usually 6 or fewer people, it saves you money while the training stays very personal.
